Speaking and workshops / Engagement type E
Sessions that end in a decision, not a deck
I run two workshops and sit on panels. Both workshops are methods I built and have run for paying clients and inside a Fortune 10 company, and both are designed to close with something a team can act on the next morning.
Workshops
Single session, half to full dayPatent development
Why patents, product dissection, customer-use journey mapping, then my 10x ideation method, then sort and score against a patent test. You leave with a prioritized, counsel-ready shortlist instead of a list of maybes.
Design thinking, run properly
Persona grounding, as-is scenario mapping, big-idea generation, then prioritization on an impact-versus-feasibility matrix. Built on prior-state research, not a room full of sticky notes and opinions.
Panels and talks
AI product, design and UX, user research, and patents. Happy to take the contrarian seat if the panel needs one. I do not read slides at people.
Judging and standards
Tell me who is
in the room.
Workshop design depends on who shows up and what decision you need out of it. Send me the shape of the group and what you are trying to settle, and I will tell you which session fits.
